We are delighted to be in a position to offer a mobile bar service. Working under the new Licensing Act 2003, our new style liquor license enables us to bring to you a retail bar service.
Depending on your venue we can set up and run a single till retail bar, offering your guests a selection of canned and bottled beers and lagers (including draught-flow cans) a selection of popular spirits & liqueurs, choice of medium wines in red and white and a selection of alcopops as well as a range of soft drinks. This service can be inclusive of our glass hire service or we can work with your own or your venues facilities as appropriate. We are happy to work with you to provide a subsidised bar service for your guests, this may be in the form of fully inclusive, subsidised unit prices, a set subsidy limit, product limited ranges or a mixture of these. There are a number of statutory rules we must follow, the most relevant to consider at an early stage are; There must still be a minimum of 14 days to go before your event, this gives us time to complete the necessary statutory paperwork and to pay the fees within the timescale prescribed by the law to enable the bar service to go ahead. The number of people attending the event must not exceed 499 at any one time. There are a number of other rules that could effect this service, these will be discussed further should you wish to take advantage.
