We can provide staff to cover your needs at four competency levels; Catering Manager Level - we can provide experienced staff capable of organising your staff, stores, menus and ordering systems. Chef Level - capable of implementing your menu and/or providing a wider range of food and improvising new on the spot dishes. Cook Level - Can follow your menus and instructions to create quality home cooking and popular style dishes. Catering Assistant Level - we can provide diligent, hard working, reliable catering assistants, trained and holding at least a basic food hygiene certificate.
